UPDATE FORMATS EASILY

Use the "Paint Brush" and Save Time!

Do you want to save time when updating text and number formats in Word and Excel? Use Format Painter and quickly change unformatted text, numbers or content pasted from any web page.
Create the format look you like and use the Paint Brush to copy your current format to new text or numbers. Select the text with the format you want and click Format Painter. Now click the new text and, Presto, your format is complete!
In Excel, the Format Painter works the same way. The Paint Brush can be found in both Office 2007 and 2003. It is a great way to save time and give your work documents a polished, consistent look.
